A lie believed to be true will affect you as if it was truth.

The enemy (Satan) has come to steal, kill and destroy and is the father of lies. There are many lies he tells the followers of Jesus to keep them from believing what God has said. In this series we look at lies Satan has told us and the truth that will set us free.

In Genesis, we read of Jacob wrestling with God. This wrestling match resulted in long lasting change in Jacob. What about you? Have you wrestled with God and seen the results?

This Sunday's message shares how your seat choice can affect your perspective- both physically and spiritually.

Sunday, November 1 Worship Experience

In Sunday's sermon Pastor Damon shares where to wisely invest. At our core, we want to be needed; we want to be known. We want to have purpose and know that we actually make a difference through our faith family and community. Far too often church goers opt themselves out of any significant opportunity to be used by God through their local church because they somehow still feel somewhat of an outsider. More times than not, those feelings are a result of us not being fully "IN". We'd rather be disguised "IN" the crowd than being "IN" the game. There comes a time when the need arises for us to answer the question "Am I Truly IN"? This series is an invitation for everyone to drive deep roots into our local church; to reveal the difference we can each make, and help us see the power and potential we each have inside of us!

Sunday, October 18 Worship Experience

In John 4, when Jesus meets 'the woman at the well', we receive a powerful lesson about the influence we each have.

Do you feel invaluable? The Bible teaches us in 1 Corinthians 12 that as a Christian, we become part of the body of Christ and our role is invaluable!

In Luke 7 we find the account of a woman who accepts the invitation of Jesus and finds forgiveness and purpose.

How do you maintain hope? That's the question we ask in this week's sermon. Romans 8 gives us the answer!

Over the past month, our messages have highlighted Romans 8:28 - "And we know that in all things, God is at work for the good of those who love him and who have been called according to His purpose”. I am certain that many of us have had the question, "What do WE do while God is 'working' on our situation?" For myself and many others, anxiety, fear, exhaustion, depression, and fret are often what we experience in the waiting. In this message, we will uncover what the Apostle Paul has to say in Philippians 4 concerning what he did while stuck in the very unfortunate, uncomfortable, and unpleasant years of waiting while God was at work. With the unplanned and unwanted challenges 2020 has offered so far, I believe this message will equip all of us with the ability to experience abundant peace while eagerly waiting on God's divine plan to unfold.
